Douglas Lebda

Douglas Lebda is our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors and has served in such capacities since January 2008. Previously, Mr. Lebda served as President and Chief Operating Officer of IAC from January 2006 to August 2008, when the Company was spun-off from IAC. Prior to that, Mr. Lebda served in roles as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of LendingTree, LLC, which he founded in June 1996. Before founding LendingTree, Mr. Lebda worked as an auditor and consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Lebda is a member of the Board of Directors of Eastman Kodak.

Matt Packey
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Packey is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has served in such capacity for LendingTree since September 2007. Mr. Packey previously served as LendingTree’s Chief Accounting Officer from August 2005 to September 2007 and Controller from January 2000 to August 2005. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Packey served as Vice President and Controller of Broadway & Seymour,Inc. and as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Packey is a certified public accountant.

David Norris
President of LendingTree Loans
LendingTree Loans and Home Loan Center, Inc.

David Norris is the President of LendingTree Loans, and has served in such capacity since June 2008. Mr. Norris previously served as Senior Vice President of LendingTree Loans and LendingTree, LLC, with responsibility for several areas, including Business Planning & Intelligence, Project Management, Call Center, Customer Experience, Six Sigma, and Sales Training. Mr. Norris joined LendingTree in September 2006 as Vice President of Corporate Quality. Prior to joining LendingTree, Mr. Norris served as Vice President of Service and Solutions for Toshiba America’s Digital Products Division where he was responsible for delivering customer solutions and all post-sale product support. Within Toshiba, Mr. Norris also served as Vice President of Management Innovation.

Greg Hanson
Senior Vice President and General Manager

Greg Hanson is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Tree.com and Real Estate.com and has served in such capacity since March 2009. Mr. Hanson was previously the Vice President of Product Management at RealEstate.com. Before joining the Company, Mr. Hanson was the CEO of GuildQuality, a company providing customer feedback analytics to home builders, from September 2004 to January 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Hanson served as CEO for Bullhorn, an on-demand solution for staffing companies.

Claudette Hampton
Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Claudette Hampton is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and responsible for HR strategy and management across the various brands and businesses within Tree.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: TREE), including LendingTree, LLC, LendingTree Loans, HomeLoanCenter.com, GetSmart®, RealEstate.com, Domania and iNest. Her team oversees compensation, health and wellness, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hampton was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Baker & Taylor, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Ms. Hampton has also supported Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Westinghouse Electric in various HR disciplines.

Mark W. Fowler

Mark W. Fowler is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for LendingTree. Mr. Fowler provides overall strategic direction and leadership to the Sales and Operations Teams. He is responsible for increasing profitable revenues and operational efficiencies, as well as the management of relationships with key financial clients, top prospects and industry contacts. Prior to LendingTree, Mr. Fowler most recently was the Senior Director of Sales for LowerMyBills, Inc., an Experian company, where he developed and executed successful strategies and tactics for National and Regional sales teams. Mr. Fowler has also served as a Principal within the Business Process Services Practice for Xerox Global Services, Inc., as well as a senior account executive for FileNET Corporation.

Mona Marimow
Senior Vice President of Marketing

Mona Marimow is the Senior Vice President of Marketing responsible for overseeing the integrated marketing team across LendingTree.com and Tree.com. Her team manages all integrated marketing efforts across offline, online partner and search marketing, direct marketing, affiliates, strategic partnerships, promotions, public relations, and social media. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Marimow was Vice President, Account Director at Mullen Advertising, headquartered in Boston, managing the LendingTree business as an agency partner since 2006, among other clients. Ms. Marimow has managed the integrated marketing efforts for over ten brands, including Orbitz, Disney, Olympus Camera, SCJohnson Family, Nokia, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and BellSouth Communications. Ms. Marimow has also worked at companies such as Grey Worldwide Advertising, CBS, and Hearst Television.

Don Norton
Vice President of Product Development & Technology

Don Norton is the Vice President of Product Development & Technology for LendingTree. Mr. Norton is responsible for managing the overall product direction and execution for LendingTree.com and associated home loan brands. Mr. Norton brings over 15 years of web development experience, and served in various managerial and technical roles over the past 10 years with the company. Before his start at LendingTree, Don worked at Three D Graphics, a business charting software company, where he was responsible for building an extensive e-commerce presence and all sales and product support.
