Keith Moore
Vice President and General Manager
GetSmart
Keith Moore is the vice president and general manager of GetSmart, where he is responsible
for the overall growth and continued development of the business. Keith brings an
impressive track record to GetSmart, having built a career in Internet marketing
and customer acquisition. Prior to GetSmart, Keith was the senior vice president
of marketing for LoanWeb where he was responsible for leading and directing the
company’s strategic marketing and advertising initiatives, as well as the company’s
lead aggregation efforts. Before this, Keith served as the vice president of marketing,
sales and Internet operations for WesternMutual.com where he was responsible for
the development and integration of all marketing and sales efforts of Western Mutual’s
online assets. Keith holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Appalachian
State University.

Catie Ratzlaff
Senior Director of Consumer Experience
GetSmart
Catie Ratzlaff is the senior director of consumer experience where she is responsible
for helping borrowers see the value in partnering with GetSmart for their home lending
needs. She focuses on ensuring customers have a great experience beginning with
the online gateway located at GetSmart.com, through the GetSmart proprietary technology
and then ultimately, reaping the rewards of being matched with up to five competing
lenders. Catie has worked with GetSmart and its parent company, LendingTree, since
1999 and has an impressive understanding of the online mortgage industry as well
as a dedicated focus on consumer delight throughout the lending process. During
her tenure with the company, she has worked in all areas of lender relations and
operations, technology and management. Prior to GetSmart, Catie gained industry
know-how from several positions within the mortgage business including origination,
processing, closings, and wholesale coordination with Equifirst and Fifth Third
Bank. Catie serves as the co-chair of the LendingTree Charitable Contributions Committee
and has enjoyed volunteering with the Junior Achievement for the past four years.
She holds bachelor's degree in economics from Centre College located in the countryside
of central Kentucky.
